ARI #:  30951501        Sire:  SA Accoyo Jupiter

Color: Medium Fawn

Ribbons:

2nd Northern Illinois Alpaca Extravaganza 2008.  Fawn 2 yr & older males.  Judge commented on his extreme density.

2nd - IAOBA AlpacaFest. 2nd behind color champ and 7 time color champ  out of Pacific Crest.

4th - 2008 Minnesota Alpaca Expo. 4th even though according to the judge he was erroneously judged in the light fawn class.

4th - 2007 Midwest Alpaca Jamboree even against light fawns

Update: Teddybear's 1st crias have arrived.  He is 3 for 3 for color. His first cria is dark fawn female out of white (darker than both the dam and himself).  His 2nd cria is a medium fawn male out of white and his 3rd cria is bay black female out of black.  All their fleece characteristics are right on! Pictures to come.

TeddyBear is destined to become a great herdsire.  He is 3rd generation Medium Fawn Full Accoyo from his dams side.  His dam is dark fawn and his maternal grandsire is the famous Medium Fawn Full Accoyo PPeruvian Leon.

It's hard to find Full Accoyos with his rich color, but it's even harder to find Medium Fawn Full Accoyos with his family tree.  He is full brother to CA Accoyo Truffles who is to our knowledge, the only TRUE BLACK FULL ACCOYO!   There is no doubt this boy has dark color in his genes.  Yes, his strong dark lineage may be impressive but he also has dark toenails, black eyelashes and black eyeliner.

Teddybear has placed in every show he has been in even with the majority of his shows being against light fawns.  When competing in his color class he received 2nd place only after another Full Accoyo(7 time color champ) out of Pacific Crest.  His rich medium fawn fleece is both fine and very dense with impressive crimp and long staple length.  He has great conformation, wonderful leg coverage and a good bite.

Teddybear has settled his first females with ultrasound confirmations for pregnancies.

IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES WITH THIS BOY!

Teddybear has tested BVD PCR Negative along with our entire herd.

Unproven Male Huacaya

Color: True Black

3rd(11)- True Black Halter Minnesota Alpaca Expo 2008
5th(12) - True Black Halter Great Midwest Alpacas Festival 2008

All Shook Up is just the Jr herdsire we have been waiting for. He is an outstanding true black male in fleece qualities and conformation. He brings to the table heavy grey and black genetics from both his dam and sire with Premier's Absolute being his grandsire. So far he has been shown twice, placing very well both times in very competitive classes at level IV shows. In fact we have gotten positive comments on him from onlookers while walking out of the showring regarding what a nice male we have. We detect no guard hair in his blanket giving him a consistant blanket with a fine hand. He's got very nice crimp, nice density and that saught after typey head with overall good looks. His sire is a medium rose grey Premier's absolute son who has won multiple blue and red ribbons. All Shook Up brings those saught after ribbon winning grey genetics.  We are anxious to start his breeding career in the spring of 2010 to several females.

And Much More

Jacks female cria Tutti Frutti took 1st in her 1st show at just over 6 months old. The judge commented on her soft hand and fiber regrowth after shearing. Another of his female crias TCB Lighting took 1st at 2009 Minnesota Alpaca Expo.  Jack has a variety of colors in his offspring including vacuna pattern, appaloosa, white and solid medium fawn.  Breeding to Jack is like a box of chocolates-- you never know what color your gonna get.  The one thing you do get is quality in fleece.  Every cria Jack has given us has got very fine hand.

Check out this rare appaloosa patterned male. He is the son of the amazing 5P Santana, and has inherited his sire's gorgeous crimpy fine fiber. He consistanly passes on his fine, crimpy fleece.  His siblings have consistantly been ribbon and banner winners. His fleece has great structure, awesome crimp, and is blindingly bright. 18.9 microns at age one with a great handle. Jack has taken charge in the showring winning multiple blue and red ribbons in halter or fleece.  He has great conformation, and is very proud. He know's he has the right stuff. Judge's have loved his "racy look" and "his eye makeup". Jack took a blue ribbon in yearling halter at the large Empire Extravaganza October 2004, over a full accoyo Leon son/Felix grandson and over a half accoyo Pachachutti son! The judge marveled at Jack's bright crimpy fleece and loved his conformation. And if all that is not enough, both Jack's sire and dam have produced grey offspring.  If you want elite fleeced cria Jack is the stud for you.

   Fiber/4H/Pet Males

Males that are not breeding quality are called fiber males.  They may taken out of the breeding pool for many reasons such as a slight conformational flaw, over/underbite or other slight flaws in fiber qualities that a particular farm may not desire. Although many have nice fleeces that fiber artists love.  Fiber males are a good way to "get your feet wet" with alpacas. Alpacas are herd animals so they must be sold with at least 2 together if you don't already have a male alpaca. For anyone that is curious about alpacas or would like to start out with fiber males, we have a large variety to choose from, please call to enquire.
